Mr. Hopkins has 38 years of diversified experience in mineral exploration, underground mining, drilling, well completion, geologic sample curation, quality assurance, project management, and federal programs. Positions ranged from Senior Exploration/Mine Geologist, Drill & Raise Bore Foreman, and Project Manager. This experience has been acquired through work in the western United States and Alaska, with both the public and private sectors. During his career, Mr. Hopkins has been involved in mineral exploration/ prospect evaluation, underground mine development and operations, and supervision of various types of drilling programs. Most of his mining sector experience has been with tungsten and base metals. His exploration experience has been with tungsten, precious metals, base metals, and uranium. Mr Hopkins also spent many years involved with the geologic characterization of tunnel complexes for the nuclear weapons testing program. He has recently been involved with deep hydrologic drilling programs with multiple completion/screened intervals. Mr. Hopkins has a BSc in geology from University of Nevada, Mackay School of Mines.
